To ensure everything is ready for your arrival, we’ll confirm your stay three days before your scheduled check-in. This confirmation will include all the essential details and any additional information you might need. Getting to Ronald McDonald House Randwick

Whether you’re coming by car, public transport, or from the airport, getting to RMHC Sydney is straightforward:

By Car: We’re conveniently located in Randwick, with parking options available nearby. Detailed driving directions will be provided in your confirmation email.

By Public Transport: The area is well-served by buses and the Sydney Light Rail, with the closest stop just a short walk from the House. Detailed public transport options will also be provided.

From the Airport: If you’re arriving from Sydney Airport, it’s a quick 20-30 minute drive, depending on traffic. Public transport and taxi options are readily available.

Your Welcome and Induction

Upon your arrival, our friendly team will greet you and guide you through the check-in process. We’ll provide you with an induction, including a short video that introduces you to the House, its facilities, and guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. This induction is designed to help you feel at home and familiarise you with everything you need to know during your time with us.

Key Information

For your convenience and security, each room is allocated one key. Please keep this key with you at all times, as it provides access to both your room and shared facilities. If you need any assistance, our staff is always available to help.
